We'll figure out what, when, where and how. You don't have to strain your head or your back. We will arrange the relocation of the funds without any help from you.
We have special handover protocols where we record each bundle. In addition, we check everything both at loading and unloading.
In the padded cars, the books will feel like cotton. Behind the wheel are not rally racers, but experienced drivers with an eye for the fragile specimens.
No tedious searching for books in boxes awaits you. As soon as the books are loaded, they are put back on the shelves in their new location.
We have professional equipment for cleaning books. Dust is removed with a vacuum cleaner and PURUS, volumes infected with mould and fungi are taken to a special chamber of the National Archives.

Moving trolleys can hold both bound files and boxed documents. They are up to 6 metres long and can be closed, so files are protected against wind and rain.
Přestěhujeme spisy, knihovní fondy, fotoarchivy, přístroje, registratury, regály i IT. Vše zabalíme, převezeme a na novém místě uvedeme opět do provozu.
