Our experience tells us that every move is different. Do not worry, however – about 60 % of our work is apartment moving so we have extensive experience. We have prepared a simple example for you that shows how your move may go.

  • After you contact us, our operator will arrange with you a date for a visit of our technician.

          This visit is completely free and we have introduced this service to make the work easier for both you and us – the technician will assess the size of the order and determine accordingly the types of trucks, the number of workers, the amount and type of packing material and boxes. Last but not least, you will receive an absolutely FREE quote that you may or may not accept.

          After that comes packing. If you choose or turnkey packing service, you have nothing more to deal with. If you prefer us to get packing material or boxes from us, our employees will be happy to deliver them to you before the move and you can pack your items yourself. We recommend that you leave electronics, paintings, furniture and other valuable items to us however – we will professionally disconnect and disassemble everything on the day of the move.

          If you cannot move all your items yet, we will be happy to store them in our heated storage area of 1,000 m², kept at a constant temperature.

          On the day of the move, our truck with the agreed number of workers will arrive. The work team leader (usually the truck driver) will also be in charge of the whole moving process. He will know about your special requirements from the technician that you met on the first visit.

          First, we will carry the boxes that you prepared to our truck and then we will professionally disassemble the furniture and disconnect the electronics. We will pack everything according to the current legislation to be covered in case of an insurance event.

          We will carry all items one by one to the truck.

          If necessary, we can arrange for parking space occupation both at the place of departure and destination for free.

          All our trucks are connected to a satellite and you can track their movements via GPS online.

          Unneeded items – documents, old furniture, computers or electronics (i.e. hazardous waste as well) – will be disposed of in an environmentally-friendly way. If you wish, we will issue a report on this disposal.

          Then we will safely transport all the things and unload them to the places that you specify. We will reassemble the furniture and unpack and reconnect the electronics.

          The entire move can be performed without your presence. The satisfaction of our clients is very important to us, so please excuse us if we select you and contact you again after the move to make sure everything is all right. In case an insurance event occurs in the course of work, we will take care of everything!
