MASARYK UNIVERSITY
We confirm that between 7 – 17 July 2014, the Moving Prague company provided moving of our library collection in the total amount of 2.3 kilometers. The moving work was done without the use of elevators. During the whole demanding transfer, there was no damage to the library collection or the premises. We were satisfied with their services.
JAN EVANGELISTA PURKYNĚ UNIVERSITY
Between 5 November and 4 December 2012, the employees of Moving Prague carried out moving of the total of 5.5 kilometers of our library stock. The company has special transport shelf carts for books, which makes the handling of library collections easier and less time consuming. We were extremely satisfied with their services.
SECURITY INFORMATION SERVICE
We used the services of Moving Prague company in 2012 when moving our local archive in Brno. During a very short time, about 4 kilometers of archive files were moved and put back into their original places. The individual groups of workers did their jobs to our full satisfaction.
MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE
We have commissioned the Moving Prague company to move the central archive from Olbramkostel in Znojmo district to Prague. Between 27 September and 8 November 2010, they performed the move of about 5 kilometers of archival documents, which the contractor workers removed from their shelves and put back to shelves in the new destination using the original arrangement. The company management as well as the individual workers have professional approach to the preparation of the moving process as well as to its actual execution.
MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
We confirm that between June and September 2014, the Moving Prague company performed moving of INVALIDOVNA Central Military Archive. The object was to move 23 kilometers of archive files, as well as library collections, photo archives, instruments, file cabinets, shelves and IT. The moving process was performed under a very strict security regime, the files were transported in lockable carts and sealed trucks. During the whole extremely demanding operation, there was no damage or loss of the very precious historic archive files.
Metrostav
The object of the work was complete transfer of our Central archive in Prague 9 during 20 – 30 August 2013. The object of the work was to move the archive boxes to special carts, their transfer to the new destination in sealed trucks and placement to shelves using the original arrangement. The employees of Moving Prague company fulfilled their duties properly, according to the schedule we requested, and the quality of their services were on the level we required.
